Non-Refundable Deposit

A $300 deposit is required to secure your spot at a Wellness Tribe retreat. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

All Payments Are Non-Refundable

All payments submitted toward a retreat are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Transfers

In certain circumstances, a transfer of your retreat reservation to another eligible guest may be discussed. However, transfers are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Wellness Tribe. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to inquire about a transfer.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions. The Wellness Tribe is not responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellation or changes to your travel plans.
