ABOUT THE RETREAT
When is The Wellness Tribe Retreat?
The Wellness Tribe Retreat will take place August 20–23, 2027 in Carefree, Arizona.
Where is the retreat?
The retreat will be hosted at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa, a luxury wellness resort located in Carefree, Arizona.
Do I have to live in Palm Beach to attend?
Absolutely not! The Wellness Tribe is a community that welcomes women from everywhere. You do not need to live in Palm Beach or South Florida to attend the retreat.
Do I have to have attended a Wellness Tribe event before?
No! You do not need to have attended a previous Wellness Tribe event. If you connect with what The Wellness Tribe represents, you are welcome to express your interest.
THE EXPERIENCE
What is included in the retreat?
Your retreat experience includes:
- Luxury accommodations at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa
- Private Wellness Tribe wellness experiences
- $300 CIVANA resort credit per guest
- Three curated dinners, including a signature farewell dinner at Toca Madera Scottsdale
- Private transportation to and from the farewell dinner
- Wellness Tribe Welcome Social
- Exclusive Wellness Tribe welcome package and retreat merchandise
- Access to 100+ complimentary CIVANA fitness, personal growth and spiritual classes
- An intimate experience centered around movement, connection, wellness and sisterhood
What is not included?
Airfare, travel insurance, and transportation to and from CIVANA are not included.
Are flights included?
No. Guests are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own flights.
What airport should I fly into?
Guests should fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) in Phoenix, Arizona.
PHX is approximately 35 minutes from CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa, depending on traffic.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your trip investment in the event of an unexpected circumstance.
ROOM & PRICING
What are the room options?
There will be two room options:
Double Occupancy — $2,150 per person
Single Occupancy — $2,500 per person
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot once you are selected and invited to reserve your place.
Will a payment plan be available?
Yes. A monthly payment plan will be available. Guests may also choose to pay their retreat balance in full.
Can I bring a roommate?
Yes! If you select double occupancy, you may request a specific roommate. Both guests should indicate each other on their forms.
If you don’t have a roommate, you can still select double occupancy and we’ll provide more information about room matching after selections are finalized.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
THE $300 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE!
Because retreat accommodations, experiences, meals, transportation, and other arrangements are secured in advance, all payments made toward The Wellness Tribe Retreat are non-refundable once submitted, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by The Wellness Tribe.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may contact us to discuss whether your reservation can be transferred to another eligible guest. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved by The Wellness Tribe.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your investment in the event of illness, travel interruption, emergency, or another covered circumstance.
If The Wellness Tribe must cancel the retreat, guests will be notified and will receive information regarding any applicable refund or alternative arrangements.
INTEREST & BOOKING
Does submitting the interest form guarantee me a spot?
No. The interest form is the first step in the process and does not guarantee a reservation. After the interest period closes, selected guests will receive information about securing their retreat reservation.
When does the interest form open?
The interest form opens October 1, 2026.
When does the interest form close?
Interest forms will close October 10, 2026.
What happens after I submit the interest form?
Once the interest period closes, responses will be reviewed and selected guests will receive the next steps for securing their retreat reservation, including deposit and payment information.
WELLNESS & DINING
Will there be wellness activities during the retreat?
Yes! Your experience will include private Wellness Tribe wellness experiences, plus access to CIVANA’s extensive schedule of complimentary fitness, personal growth and spiritual classes.
You will also have plenty of time to enjoy the resort, rest, explore, or simply do nothing. This isn’t a retreat where every minute has to be scheduled.
Will meals be included?
Three curated dinners are included in the retreat experience. CIVANA’s specific dining and resort inclusions will be communicated to confirmed guests as we get closer to the retreat.
What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Dietary restrictions and food allergies will be collected from confirmed guests so we can properly plan for the retreat experience.
A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
Is transportation to and from the airport included?
No. Guests are responsible for arranging transportation to and from CIVANA.
Can I arrive early or stay after the retreat?
Additional nights may be possible based on availability and would be arranged separately. More information will be provided to guests who request an extended stay.
